POLICIES FOR RESONANT MUSIC:

Due to the nature of this work, recordings of events and services are not permitted without prior approval.

Due to the nature of this work, services can not be transferred to another different recipient after purchase. Deposits will not be returned.

Please be on time for your event. If the event begins more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged an additional $1/minute.

Cancelling an event is permitted up to 1 week in advance of the session date/time. Any refunds will not be granted with less than a 1 week notice. Kindly note that there are no exceptions. Please email resonantmusicandenergy@gmail.com or call the number provided to send notice of a cancellation.

POLICIES FOR RESONANT ENERGY:

Energy healing work has been shown to be beneficial to the healing process on all levels of being: body, mind, and spirit. This work complements and enhances most other treatments a client is receiving. It is important to know, however, Resonant Energy does not:

  • diagnose or treat specific illnesses

  • prescribe or adjust meditations

  • practice medicine

  • provide a substitute for medical treatments

  • allow you to record sessions without written advanced approval

  • allow you to bring family, friends, children, or other persons with you to a session without prior permission

All information shared in sessions will be kept confidential. If Resonant Energy feels that our work together would benefit from a second opinion from another practitioner, no names or other personal information may be shared and other practitioners will maintain and respect our confidentiality agreement.

Appointments begin at the scheduled times. If a client is late, the time will be deducted from the session length. 4 hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment time. If a session is missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice, the client will be held financially responsible for the session. Kindly note that there are no exceptions. Full payment is due at the time of each session, unless we have agreed to another arrangement.

A Client Informed Consent Statement must be signed before any energy treatment session can begin.
